The process began with a short discussion from a security officer about my potential, extensive background check and the initial information I'd provided in this regard (note: being hired for this position was contingent upon my ability to be granted a TS security clearance).
Then I had a discussion with a pair of gentleman, one of whom was essentially the technical expert and the other more of technical manager. This turned out to be a fun, even inspiring, conversation about software and mathematics and the freedom of choice with which the company allowed its engineers to work.
Finally, I met with one more woman, also more of a managerial type I believe. I'm not sure exactly what her intent was, as she didn't seem to have specific questions. Our discussion flowed less naturally for whatever reason and I got the sense she was unimpressed by me.

NGC reached out to me because they had my resume flowed down to them from a business contact I had. Called me and asked me to interview with them the next day- I had not applied to any positions. Asked me generic questions like:
What is your experience with accounting and economics?
Why do you think you can manage?
