applied online. no screening with hr. meet team in person including the Hiring Manager a couple of his colleagues and the HR manager. the process was straightforward. HR said that the team typically makes decisions quickly. the one thing to note is this is a very patriotic company, everyone bleeds red, white and blue. its more like working for the government than holding a role in corporate america. everyone is extremely loyal and tenured (they dont look favorably on job hoppers). a lot of its revenue is based on government and defense contracts. it was not a fit for me but good luck

One simple and straightforward interview. Took an hour. The hiring manager plus one colleague. Absolutely by the book with the interview format... they introduce themselves, talk about NG, their work, their team, and the open position. Then you introduce yourself. They ask questions, you ask questions. The end.

Entretien
I went through a one round interview since I had interviewed with the same recruiter for another role in the company. Overall the interview went smoothly. I had prior aerospace experience so it was more conversational with questions specific to earned value, project controls, and prior experiences.
