Had a bried phone screen with the recruiting manager, then an in person interview was set-up with the Dept Manager, then two more interviews (on separate occasions) with the HR Director and the HR VP. All interviews were no longer then 20 minutes.

I went through three rounds of interviewing (phone screen, manager, and then panel interview). It was very detailed and they asked situational questions to gauge your reactions and how you would react. I would prepare with a lot of knowledge of the company and the division you are joining.
