Initial interview/screening through local agency, then met in-person with HR Once cleared HR, received invite for in-person interview with CFO and accounting department lead Meeting with HR became similar to two old friends reuniting; whereas the interview with the CFO was very "professional" in a not-so professional manner (difficult to explain)
