Interview Process Overview:
I recently had the opportunity to interview for the Success Manager position at Northeastern University London, and I must say, it was an incredibly positive experience. The entire process took about an hour and was divided into two main parts: a 15-minute presentation and a 45-minute competency-based interview.
The interview kicked off with a 15-minute presentation (which I was made aware off beforehand) where I had the chance to showcase my skills and experience relevant to the role. The instructions provided beforehand were clear, allowing me to prepare. The panel was attentive and engaged, asking insightful questions that demonstrated their genuine interest in my work.
Following the presentation, we delved into the competency-based interview, which lasted for 45 minutes. This part of the interview focused on assessing my suitability for the role based on various competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. The questions were well-structured and thought-provoking, providing ample opportunity for me to demonstrate my capabilities and experience.
