Interview was thorough and straight forward. Be prepared to answer several questions. Questions are about dealing with difficult situations, previous work history. We also spoke a little about what the seasons are and how busy it can be while students are away vs the influx of students when the school year has begun. Also some of example of the situations you might be dealing with while working with the students and families regarding their accounts.
