Multiple screens. Virtual. They asked some questions. You give answers. It seems like the process might have multiple levels though. Not sure what the next steps would be. Still waiting to find out.

Submitted resume. Identified network contacts. Network contact submitted resume to NorthShore. HR screened me by phone and arranged for face-to-face meeting. Met with leadership team. Decision made within a few days. I missed interviewing with current incumbants to understand daily routine.
