The first (and only) interview I had was relatively easy. It was a phone call that asked pretty standard questions relating to consulting experience. I was told that I did well and would hear back about another interview (which the interviewer said I should receive] in 48-72 hours. However, I NEVER heard back from the firm. I wouldn't be upset if I simply interviewed poorly and was told that they were proceeding with other candidates. However, the interviewer himself told me that I should expect to hear back and receive another interview in a couple days - there was another interview review from a person who also applied for the Senior Consultant position and never heard back, so this may be a common occurrence.

I interviewed for a Senior Consulting position at North Highland and felt a strong alignment with the role and company. The phone screen with the recruiter went well, and I was told I would receive feedback within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. If you speak with a candidate, it’s only professional and respectful to let them know if they are not moving forward in the process. That didn't happen here.
