Upon arrival you will be given an application with a scenario/writing sample to be completed right then. Once completed it will be given to the interview panel. The interview panel has a score card that has pre-scored you based on your resume. The remaining questions are listed in the packet that they have in front of them along with, I believe, 8 scenarios that you will be asked to verbally respond to. The answers will be scored based on how client centered and unbiased they are. Answers should be absent of assumptions about the clients and based on the facts presented. For instance, if you arrive to a clients home and there are several men there the correct response is NOT to say that you will reschedule because you dont know who those men are or why she has them there. You should ask the client who the men are because they could be family or long time friends. Introduce yourself to them with her permission if given consent to speak in front of them.
