Contacted a few weeks after I applied. Had a nice approx. one hour chat with the HR person who asked many detailed questions about my previous work experience.
I was told that they’d be in touch for next steps and if they were interested in proceeding. Then I was completely ghosted with no communication or follow-up - or thank you but no email.
I get the feeling that they were trying to gain additional information about the local consulting landscape and potential clients rather than actually looking for new staff.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

6 interviews with different people & different fields, describing different opportunities and giving me a chance to select what I feel is a match for me. Interviews spaced out over around 4-5 months.

What metrics do you use to gauge a project's success Other questions were not "test type" questions, just a pleasant chat.
Very nice interview process. I went through 3 interviews. They reply fast after each phase and keep you engaged during the process. The questions are interesting and tend to get more information about your working style.
