I applied, and they e-mailed for an interview. I did my research and they seemed like a great company, until I read the reviews on this site and elsewhere. I am always careful of small family owned companies, since they tend to be stingy and have favorites at the work place. From what I read, this place seems like one of those, and the interview some what lined up with this suspicion. I made up my mind of not wanting to work here way before the interview, but to not be a flake, I went to the interview anyways, not really giving a rats behind. A variety of workers were sneaking a peak at me while I was waiting to be interviewed, a big sign that they judge on looks a lot (suspicion). This guy interviewed me first, and gave me a tour of the place. After, this lady met with me and asked me a few questions. One of the questions was extremely rude and was unnecessary. The lady went on and it was obvious she didn't like something about me, that had nothing to do with the job. After this the previous guy came in and told me the interview was over. I was happy to go home, and it was obvious they didn't like me. Oh well.
