Overall was a typical interview experience and was good up until the 3rd round. The 3rd round consists of a graded review of your work history in reverse chronological order. This is the only piece of the interview process that I would change. It felt very cold and calculated, with the interviewer spending the majority of their time entering notes and filling out their score sheet versus having an actual conversation.
