J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Norfolk Southern (Atlanta, GA)
Entretien
Consisted of one video introduction around 7 questions, writing sample, then a super-day. The super-day consisted of an hour intro (salary, benefits, etc.) 2 (30 min each) panel-style interviews, and shadowing an Account Analyst and a Supervisor in the department. Was sent a cold, automated rejection email 4 days later.
It seemed like they were hiring more for cultural fit and "coachability" rather than skill-based. Employees also wanted to talk less about the job and more about out of the office stuff.
The interview consisted of Behavioral interview questions along with an overview of the company and its internal processes. Asked questions about work ethic and how we work in teams. The company manager explained the duties on the job.
The interview was virtual over Teams and was behavior and resume based. They were flexible with scheduling and offered very honest insights into professional development, workplace culture, and role expectations.
