There were about 50 people in a room at a hotel. We had orientation that lasted for about an hour or so. Then we had a break and took a test afterward. People were then selected for interviews.

Entretien
They do virtual interviews which are very convenient for someone that couldn't travel for in person interviews. They were very respectful and were open to two-way communication about the position and what to expect.

Interview over the phone was about 30 min. Asking questions about former jobs, education and skills pertaining to the job. I was the told there would be a background check and drug screening and physical. She then explained to me the requirements of the job and location of the job.

Virtual interview. Also did a 2 call system. 2 panel interview. Asked a few questions. About background experience. Went over drug testing and medical. It was two guys who interviewed me.
