Casual and friendly people. They looked forward to learning about who I was as a person versus just who I was on paper. Overall I felt super comfortable and it was a positive experience.

How do my interpersonal skills translate to this role?
Was straight forward, met with a recruiter out of college. After two conversations with the recruiter I was offered. Each conversation was about 15 minutes and were pretty casual in nature.
