I submitted my resume online. Within 3-7 days I was contacted and had a phone interview where they asked 5 questions, such as your strengths and your preferred department. She called back that evening and asked me if I could come in for an interview Monday in store. There were alot of people but we individually interviewed with the department manager for wherever we were interested or had a spot. It was pretty basic questions, asking about my retail experience and previous job. At the end she asked if I wanted to walk the floor, we went to the area I was thinking of working in and she told me about how dress code is and pay and whatnot. And called that night to have me come for an orientation that week.
