Applied online and got an email for a phone screen interview. Set up the interview through their online process and got a call about 15 minutes after the time I set up. The woman that called me was not friendly and did not make me feel comfortable. Her voice was hard to understand and I had to ask her to repeat a question. The questions were extremely basic except for "Tell me about a time when you were compared with others" which didn't and still doesn't make much sense to me. I explained that I'm compared to others constantly at my current job and that it drives me to strive to do better then them and she replied by repeating the question, which threw me off. She also would leave too long of pauses after I answered questions and she kept apologizing for not being able to locate the job position I had applied for on her computer. Once she did locate it my hours didn't match what they were looking for, which doesn't make sense because I applied for a part time position and gave the standard part time hours, and so she suggested I apply to some of the other job openings in the company. Overall I felt she was passive aggressive, sounded bored, and was unorganized. The entire thing was weird, and I have gone through three retail job interview processes and been offered a job for all of them. This one I don't foresee me receiving an offer, but if I do I think I will decline. I like my current job much better.

During the Interview, I met with the manager and assistant manager. They essentially went through what I would consider the average interview questions & their values as a company. Towards the end they asked me to put together a few outfits for different situations out of items they had picked out.
