I applied online. The interview was split into two parts. An at home video recorded interview done by corporate and then a few days between to find out I moved along and will be interviewed in store.
Overall they were fairly common and easy questions. Mainly behavioral with how you would act in difficult situations or sharing an actual experience you with a difficult customer or something else along those lines.
I know some people get a phone interview instead of the video recording first, I'm not sure what the difference is in getting those.

I applied online. The process took a couple of days. I was notified via email to schedule a phone interview. That day I was nervous a bit 'cause I don't have a customer service experience, but the interview went great. They asked basic questions like why did you choose Nordstrom Rack..? The next step is going to be an interview with a hiring manager.

They started with an e-mail that they wanted a phone interview after the phone interview they called me in for a interview with the store manger, and I had multiple phone calls that they wanted to move my job interview up because they needed to hire.

The place was busy but with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that would make u feel at home. The hiring process was quick and direct. Basically they needed to know the availability
