My interview was with HR, over the phone, make sure you answer the call because time slots fill fast and opportunities do not come often. After phone interview, you will meet a department head, it may not be your own, check in early parking can be busy at the mall, make time to find where you are going. After your interview the manager will decide through workday how to proceed. If you are not a fit for the current role, ask about other departments, if the interview goes well you may find a job on another floor, so be flexible.
