Entretien
I had an initial call with an internal recruiter and was then forwarded to the hiring manager, who was the Sr Director of Information Security. This was a voice call with no video. The interviewer seemed to be more interested in diversity training/hiring and less in my skills. I honestly believe that I did not get the role because I'm a white male - the interviewers LinkedIn profile stated the amount of pride she had in building diverse teams.
