10 minute phone interview. I was asked why I wanted the job. Why fashion? Could I sell the credit card? Then I was recommended for an interview the next week. It was called a group interview. But it was simply a hiring event really. about 15 people came, we were indoctrinated then pulled apart for individual interviews. Went, I was asked to decide which department manager I wanted to work with/for. Then I interviewed with her. She brought in an article of clothing and asked me to sell it to her.

It is a pretty easy job to get, just act excited about fashion and being able to sell. That is all they want to know about you.
Applied online, got a call back from the hiring manager and within 48 hours I got a call back. The interview questions are pretty standard, typical scenario questions and the manager discussed pay and commission structure. I

1 phone interview and 1 in person interview that was broken down into 3 separate interview sections.
Section 1 was a larger group interview/information section, section 2 was another group interview (2/3 people interviewing) and last section was an on the floor selling test.

First Interview was with the HR manager. It was pretty easy. The manager suggest which department you might be good in. Then you meet with a department manager. Everyone was really nice. I got to take a tour of the store and meet many employees and managers.
