I applied for a position at Nordstrom. HR called me and asked if I can come in the store for an interview. It was behavioral interview with questions related to experience and background.

It was an easy interview. I was invited to interview over email and the interview was in person. The interviewer asked questions and also told me what I could expect in the position if I got the job. She gave me a good look into company culture, too.
