The interview process was ok. It was a digital interview. Some of the questions threw me off. Come prepared about the company’s history. If your prepared you should be fine.

I filled out an application online, and just a couple days later, I received an email saying that I was a qualified candidate and that I was selected for a phone interview. I thoroughly prepared for my interview and received a call from the HR person.
It was pretty basic, standard questions "why do you want to work at Nordstrom", etc.

Very personable and overall encouraging interview experience beginning with portfolio/resume submission. Employees are wonderful people and the overall experience interviewing was streamlined and positive. I would highly recommend this experience and this company.

I met with HR where they asked a few basic interview questions. At the end, I had to do a selling exercise of different items. It was overall laid back, and they wanted to get a sense of if I could interact with customers
