Quick process. Interviewed 3 days after applying on line. Offered the job on the spot. I was interviewed my a manager in the shoe department. Very casual and easy. Most questions simply asked about previous work experience and your role in those work places.

By reading my application and resume, they would know how much experience and the jobs I've had. Interviewer looked 19 or 20, had trouble reading some questions, said I had too much experience. I answered all questions well, highlighted asset management, inventory, barcode data entry. She said "sorry you're not right for this. You have too many jobs. We won't be offering you the job." I feel if an older 50+ yr old interviewed, they be more mature and understanding of an older person interviewing for entry-level because we need the job and can perform it very well, as well or better than the other candidates she mentioned.
