I applied online and received an email back the same day from HR, asking if I could do a phone screen interview. I set the interview up via the website and did it the next day. At the end of the call, she asked me to come into the store for an in person interview. There were about 15 other people there and we were each called in for two individual interviews with department managers.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.

Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
