First met Nordstrom Technology at my college career fair. They invited me for a quick interview at school the next day. Standard questions, such as explaining about past projects and interests. One quick algorithm on whiteboard. I was invited for an on-site interview in Seattle. First we all got presentations from the different departments then we had three interview with different people.

Phone screen followed by a four-interview loop. Phone screen was as you'd expect. Loop consisted of an architecture panel, behavioral, behavioral, then two leetcode-style questions. One of them was based on a sorting algorithm.
