Got a call from HR wanting to do a phone screen. Then they wanted to set up a face to face interview.
After the interview I was offered the position. I didn't accept however because he salary was low.

Simple and to the point. Very informative of the role and responsibilities. Interviewer was welcoming and quick to get back to you afterwards. Hired within same week of the interview
It was very ordinary questions, nothing unexpected. They wanted to hear about my prior experience, how I felt about working independently and my work ethic. I did receive a job offer at the interview, but I really loved everything about Nordstrom. It was a great place to work.
Its a one-stage interview process. The recruiter will ask you a set of questions about your background, what you would do in a stressful situation, have you ever worked with people. So far interview lasted for about 15-20 minutes.
