Entretien
I first got a phone interview and then was invited to do an in person interview. I went directly to the store I was going to work at and went up to the customer service area. A manager from the cosmetics department came and took me into a room and asked normal interview questions you would get for a customer service position. It was really relaxed and she was super nice. After that she took me onto the sales floor and showed me around and then asked me to pretend to sell her a product. That was a little stressful, but went fine. A few days later I got a call offering me the position.

Horrible! They only had 4 positions available with 100-250 applicants for each! After I applied they sent me a generic email, stating to come to their job fair! Seriously? Why would they even have a job fair for only 4 positions in the entire store (of which 100's of candidates already applied)!

Entretien
The interview process was quite easy, I applied then received a cll back followed by an interview with their HR and then another with the cosmetics floor manager. All interviews were easy and I was offered the job on the spot.
