1. A simple meet-up to introduce yourself and the recruiter also introduces the company and the recruiting process. 2. A behavioral interview. The interviewer asks some common behavioral questions to see whether you fit the company's culture. 3. A technical interview. Did not make it to this step.

There are 4 main rounds. First is the intro meeting for (60 min). Second is softskills round (90 min). Third is technical round where I had to do a home assignment to create a simple java spring boot crud application. Then during the interview, they asked me to walk through the assignment, and implement some extra features on top. The interview took 90 min and wasn't too difficult. Last round is the HR interview (lots of focus on cultural fit). My overall impression is that it was a very smooth interview process, and all people that I have met seem very competent with their jobs, especially the engineers. I like that they put a lot of focus on softskills to make sure that you are the right fit.
