3 stage process - screening call, phone interview and technical assignment. Shortly after the formal phone interview, a comprehensive assignment was sent by email to be completed within 4 days. Despite communicating my prior commitments, the hiring manager was unwilling to accommodate the rescheduling of the assignment. Overall, a pretty poor and rushed interview experience.
