The interview process is thorough, and it takes 4 steps. 1. Submit resume/cover letter and answer personality questions. They’ll email you if they want to move forward. 2. Answer 6 open ended assessment questions + upload a one min video with a prompt (mine was 2 best qualities in a coach) Wait for email. 3. Mock coaching session with an HR rep that lasts 45 mins to an hour using a google doc. You are trying to coach “Sam” who is difficult to work with. Wait for email. 4. Zoom interview. The interview is laid back, asks standard situational interview questions. Mine didn’t take long—35 mins total. My interviewer was friendly and answered all my questions. I got my “congratulations” letter a few days later. Making the whole process around 2 weeks. They have filled all their open positions so I am “waitlisted” for now. It’s a drag but from what I’ve read you do eventually get hired, I will accept when I do get the offer!
