I had a great experience! The first round is a short 6 question assessment regarding how you would respond to clients, followed by a 60 second video. Second round, you’re completing a 1 hour mock coaching session where you have to assist “Sam” set a goal for the week. She can be a bit difficult but the goal is to use your knowledge of motivational interviewing. Stick through it and remain positive even if you don’t get a goal set. Lastly, you’re invited to complete a zoom call with a Noom team member. You are scheduled for an hour but it doesn’t have to take that long. It was really upbeat and all my questions were answered about caseload, etc. I was told I would hear about the final decision 5-7 business days later, but my final interview was on Friday and I heard back on Tuesday with an offer!

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
