4 steps according to others. I just completed the 3rd, a mock interview. If you have experience in health coaching, the steps are not difficult. The process is easier if you ask open ended questions and let the mock person tell you what goals they want to set. The

What two qualities are important in a health coach? (During step 2 of the interview process)
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
