Entretien
The application/interview process was a total of four steps:
1. The initial application - includes your resume, cover letter, etc. Pretty basic. There are some random questions that you use the scale of "strongly agree - strongly disagree" to answer.
2. Six situational questions and you respond as if you are actually talking to the client. There's also a one-minute video you have to make.
3. Mock coaching session using a Google Doc. This is probably the most difficult part of the process. This lasts about 45-60 min.
4. The final interview using Zoom. This is the only actual "interview" per se. This lasted about 30-45 min.
Overall, Noom was very responsive and easy to contact. I ended up getting the job!

Entretien
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
