I did an original questionnaire about personality and such during the application process, and I was then invited to do an assessment online that was timed for 30 minutes. Carefully read the questionnaire questions, some are meant to make sure you are paying attention.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
