The interview process was completed in a series of steps; mock health coaching interview followed by a more formal one-on-one video interview about 2 days later. The interview process was done in a timely fashion (about 2 weeks total between the first interview and job offer) and was well organized. All of the communication was completed via email. The HR staff responded promptly to any questions I had.

The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.
