J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Noom en oct. 2018
Entretien
I applied online from a friend who is an employee with Noom. I heard back a couple of days later asking me to complete 5 questions and a 1 minute video stating why I would be a good health coach. The questions were pretty straightforward and I heard back pretty quickly that they wanted to do a short "get to know you" Zoom call and a 1-hour mock coaching session. That process I thought went pretty well, it was the same scenario that others have described here. After that, I never heard back. I was really disappointed that they couldn't spend the 30 seconds to follow up with an email letting me know that they weren't moving forward. I already knew from the other comments that they wouldn't be providing feedback.
The entire process was very hands-off and impersonal, I spoke to a human for only 10 minutes for the entire interview.
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
