Submitted application, did an interactive application with questions and uploaded a video of myself. Received an email back 2 weeks later to set up a 2.5 hour interview via zoom "to meet as many team members as possible". After scheduling it turned out to be a phone call that lasted 3 minutes with no questions asked about me or why I wanted the job. All she said was we are going to do the mock trail via chat thru the app do you have any questions. 45 of chatting with a fake client who was difficult and not engaged in conversation. 2 days later received an email saying they wanted someone more qualified. I was way over qualified. After reading other reviews it seems they don't know what they want.

POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
