I applied 3 weeks ago, they emailed me with a follow up email the next week asking me for more information about myself and my qualifications for the position. They said they’d get back to me in a few days. I didn’t hear anything after a full week, so I sent an email for follow up. On Monday, they asked me to sent in times and dates that would work for the 3 hour interview. I sent them over. The next day they said everything was full and to send more dates and times. I did. Two days passed with no confirmation, so I sent yet another follow up. Today I received an email saying the position is full. I wasn’t even given a chance to interview. I sat on pins and needles for the last two weeks because I was so excited and perfect for this position, I’m a stellar interviewer and hungry to apply my passions. I’m absolutely devastated today. Why bother having me send over times and dates for an interview earlier this week if they weren’t even going to bother?
The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.
Several interviewers, standard questions. Be prepared to explain your work history as a health coach and why you are a good fit for the position. There is an eschelon of interviews around 3.

POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
