Phone interview was easy and straight forward. Very simple questions. Next was a mock coaching session. Difficult scenario where the person doesn’t want to make any changes of course. Not difficult and felt I did okay. Zero feedback and no offer. No follow up from anyone on the interviewing side on what went wrong.
