Recruiter Screen > HM Call > Case/panel > C-Suite > Offer; Did not get past the hiring manager call. The whole process seemed very straightforward for the typical customer success role.

Entretien
I interviewed with the Talent Acquisition Leader. We had to push it back 15 minutes because the TA leader said they had a call run long. No issue. But during the interview, they didn't seem particular interested in our conversation and seemed more distracted by something else going. Followed up a week later to see if there was any updates on my application and got ghosted.
I completely understand if you didn't feel I was worth moving to the next round but a little professional courtesy is appreciated seeing we took time out of each others day to speak about the open position.
