Talked with a recruiter, then round 1 with my manager, then round 2 with my manager's manager. Recruiter was super helpful and the call with the two managers were professional yet quick.

Filled out application, got invited for a video assessment, then was invited by recruiter for 15 minute phone call, which then advanced me to the final Zoom interview I had with the department/relevant faculty I'd be working with
