My recruitment process started with a get-to-know each other, or a meet and greet call with the Recruiter of NonStop which was very welcoming and pleasant where I got more knowledge about the company and provided basic information about myself. I had an interview round scheduled next which was focused on theoretical concepts of OOPS and Data Structures. The level of questions started from easy to moderate. The interviewer was very easy going and helped me out if I was stuck or provided with knowledge of concepts which were not familiar to me. My second interview consisted of a coding round along with a few concept based questions, the interviewer was mellow, cooperative and kind. The level of questions went from easy to challenging. The interviewer provided information about concepts which were not familiar to me. Overall, both the interviewers displayed high level of expertise in their fields and were very warm as well as welcoming.
