There was 4+1 additional round of interview: 1st Round was Technical round: 2 interviewer were taken interview-> All goes well 2nd Round was Techno-Manager round : All was related your Project and task and some technical question. 3nd Manager round -> Question was around all the Project and technical experience and reason for job change, all went well but they stuck at my package expectation , even though it was 50% hike . The package details I already discussed with HR before interview scheduled and they were agreed to it. 4 Round HR-> Same they stuck at my package expectation even though I was ready to negotiate. Again HR schedule one more round (Business)due to my package expectation 5 Additional Business Round: Again after all the personal and professional discussion they again stuck at my package expectation. If they are not ready to give desire package then why they scheduling the interview and wasting the candidate expectation and time.

Only one manager has came to the interview. I was going through a recruiter company. Just asked my background and previous projects. Then asked me to details of implementations. A challenge I came across. How I resolved it.
