The recruiter reached out via email and scheduled a short phone interview. It lasted about 20 minutes and had many rapid-fire questions. It has been a week and a half since the interview and I have not received any email response back.

The first step was a quick phone screen with the recruiter to learn more about the company, asks why you want to work for NTG, and asks about your top skills/weakness. The second was an hour long zoom meeting with 2 managers on the pricing team. Insanely helpful, talented, and smart recruiters and managers.
