Applied online, received an email the following day to apply on their site. After that an in person interview was scheduled for the next week at the Chicago office. The phone interview was as simple as can be, I felt like this was just a quick chat to get a feel for you on the phone. In person it was a little different, it was a frat house (loud music, ball being tossed around, 1 guy looked like he was at the beach not work). Met with 2 managers (1 at a time) after that sat with an AM and went over his daily routine. During the conversation with the 1st Manager he mentioned they are looking for 120-130 calls a day, after that I checked out was no longer interested.
