The interview was quite extensive with different aspects of telecom solutions being discussed. Network dimensioning and technical specifications were also discussed quite extensively. An example network was given to create a high-level solution for. Apart from this the HR interview included things such as why I would like to join the company, what are my strengths/weaknesses etc.

Had 2 rounds of interviews- initially with hiring manager, then with director. Finally had a chat session with the CEO. Salary was negotiated through agent. It was a headhunting offer from ALU. The base at ALU was considered as the BASE.
