The interview was basically on an average base. First, there was a written exam to determine the skillset of each applicants. After that, will be the 1:1 technical interviewer with one of the Senior Leads in Nokia. There was a certain time where they need to assess you with your technical skills as well. The last will be the HR stuff where they get to know you more and what environment that you will expect in Nokia.
They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.

Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call

highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
