The initial setup for the interview was quick and easy. However, on interview day joining the ring central platform was annoying. On top of it being switched from a phone interview to a peer-to-peer text interview, which was very obviously a bot because it was not understanding basic questions that I asked about the position, I ended the interview. A company that doesn't actually want to talk to it's interviewees should not have interviews at all.
