First interview with recruiter was quite pleasant, she went overtime answering my questions and explaining me some of their challenges. Second interview with manager was when it was clear that the position had been filled in internally. He never asked me anything directly, and basically told me in the end that they also opened the position internally, but that they´d still inform me of any decision. I had to chase them two weeks afterwards only to tell me what I already knew. Very unprofessional, if you already decided on a candidate, don´t waste other people´s time.
